Vera Pradiante has a degree in Human Motricity in the field of Special Education and Rehabilitation from the Jean Piaget Institute of Almada. She holds a Master’s degree in Alternative Communication and Support Technologies from ULHT – Lusophone University of Humanities and Technologies, Lisbon and a PhD student in Communication Sciences – Game-based Learning in Special Education, at the same University.
Within the scope of Special Education and Rehabilitation, she has professional experience in the public and private sector, in different contexts of intervention (school 1st, 2nd, 3rd Cycles of Basic Education, vocational school, nursery and kindergarten, rehabilitation center, occupational activity, childhood and youth houses, nursing homes for the elderly, day and social center and sports club).
Currently, she works as a Researcher in the project ASDigital – Distance learning training for secondary education teachers, at CICANT – Center for Research in Applied Communications and New Technologies of ULHT Lisbon.
